It's part of the learning experience. Next time just ask if it is ok to have his/her email address in case you have further questions. Always send a than you note after the interview. I know some hiring mangers will rule out those without than you notes. That's bit extreme though.
Since you did not get the email address from the recruiter, it does not hurt to call and say : " Just want to follow up with you on the status of the application. As you know I am new to the workplace, any feedback on my interview would be greatly appreciate. I value your opinion very much. By the way, I would also like to thank you for your time to interview me. Sorry that I did not get your email so I was not able to send a than you letter." Then see if they get back to you.
