This is one way I love this country -- nobody cares who you are, they care about what you do.

And the item 3 is the prescription (is this the right word, Jill?), for growing vision and leadership (sounds like farming, huh?). My own words to the PH's who like to be American: take what you have been given and carry it on! (BTW, I always say "PH" in place of "PHD").
