I lost my job in this year, and it is really tough for an experienced engineer from an industrial leading company to get a new job. I got a lot of interview invitations from smaller companies. None of them landed with an offer. Maybe my past salary was too high in my industial sector. Maybe those company just want to peek what other company does via interview presentation. Maybe I got some bad feedbacks from my previous work places --- I have friends and enemies in my old work places as everyone does.
Finally I got an offer from another industrial sector. It's one of the largest company in the world. The salary is even higher then my previous salary --- I got that without any bargain. 真是應了那句話: 男怕入錯行; 女怕嫁錯狼.
