I would look at my IQ and EQ and compare it with others.  If my IQ is in top 0.0001% and my EQ is in top 50%, then go.  So the answer I can give is no.

I also forwarded your question to my friend and his answer is yes, but I don't usually like his answers as he often makes some silly mistakes.
