問題求助

最近有兩個直接和hiring manager對話的電話麵試.自我感覺談得還好.但hiring manager都說要再麵一些其他人,到下周或下下周再決定哪些人可以move on,當然他們到時會主動聯係我.請問這是借口還是真的這樣?我要對此心存希望嗎?到時如果沒聽到他們的消息,我要follow up嗎?謝謝!
