It's a committee -- so it's a temporary group of people (sometimes called "Search Committee", if you're applying to a position like President....).

More likely, it's going to happen like a meeting, you introduce yourself and address questions. It's also possible that you meet each individual separately. But this difference in technical format does not matter, the decision process does -- it's going to be voted by each member of the committee.
