美國經濟前景不好，IT industry老印象蝗蟲一樣多!

長此下去，北美 IT 市場 老中位置會越來越少！美國這邊有什麽，老印那邊在印度就做什麽。他們的IT遠程教育好像也很好，跟美國的潮流很緊的。

北美 IT 市場都快被他們包了！  Chinese managers in IT is less and less seen in Director/Upper-manager level in USA big companies- they all went back to China???????

9 out of 10 resumes received are Indians'!  My group hire 2 contractors by team manager who is also a Indian!  These contractors soon will jump to another company and build their resume with more "US Fortune 500 company experience"?!
