Exactly, we were struggling with system a lot.

 If I fixed A, B was wrong. After I fixed B, A was wrong again.  The system support waiting time was about an hour each time. I have not done detail work for years.  In my last job, I spent more time talking than doing detail work. My team took care those things.  If anyone in my team was hit by a bus, I could pick up his work easily because I started from ground level in that industry. A manager does not have to work on detail work.  However,  she should able to step in if the her subordinate can not handle it.. That is the problem with my current job.  Nobody in my team including myself knew how to do it so my boss had to step in. When I need his involvement with those type of issues, I was not dong my job well.
