臭臭媽對付negative下屬

我正在看Jack Welch的第二本書，Winning. 

韋氏 Leadership rule No. 3: stimulate positive energy and optimism，專門提到the tribe of the negative -- 就是你碰到的那種人。可見這是常見問題，而且必須要處理，不可忽略。

值得一讀，我就不在這裏寫摘要了。
