一個多月前公司減員把我裁了,昨天接到原老板的email懷疑我在公司文件上動了手腳。首先地反映是氣憤,而後想他們不會用我的東西部好好來問,給他推回去氣死他們。

老板:
XX – I just wanted to touch base to see how you were doing.
I did want to ask you about a concern that was raised to me about some of the XX files – there seems to have been some changes to a file back towards the end of July. In particular, the pivot tables in the XX file (XXX.xls) were not working properly when the team needed to use the file. Do you know why a change was made and why the pivot tables were not working correctly?
我:
XX, thank you for asking. I am doing well.
I am not sure what the issue with table in file is. The table worked fine when I was in office. I couldn't think of anything the table stopped working now. If for some reason XX and XX could not get it to work, they may want to consider using a different application/system tool they are familiar with since the data is there.

體會:明明是不會用我的報表,虛心討教就是了。這類事即使組裏有人懷疑做老板也不應用這種口氣來質問,這樣一定得不到對方的積極配合。當事人要冷靜,遇事不要情緒化不被別人抓辮子。
