It wouldn't work, people change attitude and behavior pattern if, and ONLY IF, their interest guides it that way. I wouldn't even give it a try, don't waste time. You forgot? -- "老板企圖假裝慈悲，夥計不把村長當幹部".

The workplace is not for social party, and any act related is nor for the question "who's the winner who's the loser", it's for the overall optimal performance of the team. Negative people can change, if they properly re-train themselves for their own good, but that's not your business or concern, is it?
