2. Is there strong negative impact? My manager let one girl go 3 months ago, and then another 3 team members left because of the additional heavy workload during hiring process

3. How HR view your decision?

4. Do you have competitor in other teams?

5. Does she have any strong connection inside the firm? CEO might be her aucle's brothers's ....

6. How soon you can get a new hired? During the hirning process, who will take her work?
