I don't want to downgrade the effort of Chinese doctors in US. Your fellow Chinese medical school graduates living in Canada cannot get passed the board exam, not necessarily because they are less competative accedemically. One passes it or not, in US or Canada, he or she got my full respect as long as he/she put his/her best effort. I know it is not an easy path.
