Thank you. I just don't like those kinds of boss. However, I guess I have to learn how to try getting along with her. The difficulty thing is she just sit right across me. That is a suffering.
A few month ago, my company tried to find a oracle developer/consultant. The person can remote work for us. that time my boss asked me if I knew anyone, I should recommand you. Now we hired a person who lived in Canada. He only has to be onsite every three months. The main duty of that consultant is creating custom report. We use oracle EBS. Now with oracle apex, it is so easy to create oracle report.
