In Canadian system, as a foreign training medical professional, ie. a person graduates from a medical school out of Canada territory, you can use your foreign diploma to take the board exam.
However, you MUST pass the exam within 12 months after you setting your feet on Canadian soil.If you didn't make it, sorry, you must go back to a Canadian Medical School to start your medical education all over again.
That's the difference! I know some Chinese girl in Vancouver made it. I know several Chinese doctors went back to the profession in US again. So far, none of them, as far as I know, passed the board exam within 12 months after they came to US.
Jill, maybe you are the super smart one, the exceptional one, who can make the same amazing achivement like the girl in Vancouver. Since I don't have the pleasure to get to know you in real life in person, I just assume.
If you are not, please put down your finger pointing to the so called "losers".
