when requested by the head of our area....I didn't have enough work to do so I asked to help some porjects...then the head of our head suggested that I can move to the next team as the next team is swamped and need more people....

Probably I should just leave although I think that I can put up with the PIP but they put real mean comments on my 30-day review....
