怎麽說複hiring manager 我不會在他裁我之前跑掉？

前東家$10B+, 新CEO, finance 背景，花街寵兒，不懂技術。

我原來支持的業務部門時有時無 - 經濟好，VPs+ 能把他和他的親信搞定，就招兵買馬。Otherwise, layoffs 如秋風掃落葉,一般隻有幾個滑頭VPs/directors能換個包莊留下，我當年就給hit了。

本地senior level 機會少。我說服自己，如果有2 年window的位子就試試，當stepping stone.

但怎麽說複hiring manager 我會在那兒幹下去 = 不會在他裁我之前跑掉？
