Where are you from, originally? What's your citizenship?
In America, no doubt those questions are put in the forbidden list. A sound, decent person would not cross the line, let alone asking the you-gotta-pick-side-in-the-imaginary-war question. It's bad taste. On the other hand, American people never lack of the confidence of their country holding the greatest values which eventually win your heart.
Soon it comes the 10th anniversary of 911. The legitimacy of wars in Afghanistan and Iraq is disputable. However, the response from ordinary people to the muslim communities are, in general, very refrained from violence. Although I never hide my sacastic criticism to the problems and weirdos in America, personally I highly respect this country and her people overall.
