一個始終困擾我的幼稚問題

小老板是中國人，在他手下有中國人也有美國人。他對美國人非常的尊重 and nice，如果要他們加班則以商量的語氣甚至他們有選擇時間開始工作。我心裏很清楚這些人隻是拿這裏當個跳板。學到了新東西或是完成了part time學位立即離開。
對中國人是另外一副嘴臉，理直氣壯的要求加班。抨擊人家的個性，甚至打電話給無需加班的中國人周末要來。理由是他需要學習。無數次的想離開可是總有割舍不下的東西。喜歡這工作和專業不想因為他而離開.說實話在所有的中國人裏他算是對我最的好的了。可是總是覺的不公平。幹活靠中國人，露臉的是美國人雖然他們每天工作2小時就不錯了。
有人有這樣的不公待遇嗎？你是怎麽解決這問題的？
