"1 - you got to participate in open discussion, 不要過渡揣摩上意
2 - once the decsion is made, you got to shut up, and follow
even if the decision is not what you proposed
3- what if you were right, the boss made the wrong decision?

不要幸災樂禍，要準備當 fire fighter, to save the team from the mess
we got to figure out what stage we are at
in open discusion, we talk actively to contribute
after decision is made, we should not repeat different opions, but follow the decision"

Can't agree more. That is what professionalism partly means.
