I think it'll be also important have a better understanding of the values/culture behind it, and know what is the 'desired' or 'expected' in dealing with different situations. 對遊戲規則了解越多，對自己作為player越有利，所以想看到更多這方麵的係統一點的討論，再到日常工作裏operationalize：）
