'reply to all" or group email address in your emails. It may offend the recipient if there is no need to send to everyone. I was cc'd in a lot of those "credits" related emails. I knew who did what already or who is capable to do it most of the time, plus it doesn't matter who did which part as long as the project is successfully completed with team effort.
