1)有constant and strong intention of being 女強人; (low, mid, high)

2)有outstanding soft skills such as: communication, analysis, tactic and strategic plan, negotiation and persuasion, and others. (low, mid, high)

3) have strong will and ability of execution. (low, mid, high)
