如何選擇

先簡單說說自己，算是中年了，原本不是一個要強的人，還算喜歡美國的清靜有規律的生活。有一份做了不是太久的還算可以的工作，不好不壞不高不低的。associate levele。現在國內有一potential 機會，做head of the department。薪水隻會降一點， 不會多一點。顧慮是：在美國做 management 工作的機會微呼其微，永遠是幹活最多工資最底（同公司相同工作比）。還有一個人帶小孩挺辛苦也挺冷清的。回去又怕小孩（小學）受苦， 也不知道會不會適應國內的工作環境。畢竟出來這麽多年。誰能給個建議？
