請教IT達人，如何徹底清除計算機裏存的文件？

剛買了老土推薦的Lenovo V570 laptop. 家裏的舊的台式計算機要淘汰了，但機子裏存過好多個人文件，如每年的保稅文件等，據說，單純的刪除不能徹底清除存過的文件， 還是可以有辦法還原的，請問有什麽辦法徹底清除文件？ thanks!
