From my past interview experience, I was hired easily by white or black people several times, even for a Manager position...但一遇到老中麵試我，就特麻煩，感覺一下就回到以前中國；有的讓我等一個多小時for the interview, 有的act 非常unprofessional durning the interview. Fortunately, they did not hire me, I even do not want to work for them at all!!!
