不100% qualified的職位,該怎麽準備麵試

申請個position,要求有的5+ Experience,我有四年在其它的induatry的exp,不是100% match,發了resume,HR回了,schedule個phone interview,我就想,該怎麽準備?怎麽COMVINCE她,我是QULIFIED了.特別是要是進入下一論和HM麵.
