Got 2 job offers. Offer A pays higher than offer B, but like job B better. Last Friday, I sent an email to B and asked it is possible to increase the pay. Along with email I attached the offer A. I covered the contact and job info. So far I haven't heard anything from B,I like job B better and thinking about taking that offer even the pay is less, did I screw up? Should I wait ? Any advice.
