如果跳槽辭職，公司會扣獎金一毛不發麽？

現公司的年度結算是9月底。然後看MBO完成情況發bonus.

如果在這之前跳槽，怕公司會扣去年的獎金，一毛不發。那就虧大了。

還是說有什麽法律保護咱老百姓？
