有一事覺得很蹊蹺

大約兩月前，我去了一家公司麵試。效果很好：人事部門給我看了，詳細解釋了compensation package（except for salary);頂頭上司及老板很滿意。 “We will make this work out" 是老板的老板的原話。也見了今後的同事。還沒到家就接到招人公司人事部門電話說他們move to the next step,要我做一個assessment test 寄回給他們，會打電話給獵頭。接著獵頭打電話給我要references and info for background check.兩天後告訴我"everything is in place".

原以為很快這事很快會定下，不想等了一星期沒消息。打電話問獵頭，說當天就跟人事部聯係。又等了兩星期（不想顯得太急）問獵頭，回說“haven't heard anything infinitive.everybody seems on vacation." 就此沒了消息。我已覺得something must've gone wrong,但也沒再催問。What good will that do? 上個星期想了這事還是應該有個closure.於是問獵頭。回說“I just spoke to xxx yesterday and they filled in the position on their own. I was also shocked...You know this is how it turns out when it comes to fees vs. no fees..."

這事就此依算過去，但我想知道究竟哪兒出錯了。我不知道獵頭是否說實話：如果這家公司不想花錢，為啥要浪費大家得時間呢？這家公司不像出不起那錢的。可能我應該早點兒直接跟公司人事部門聯係，但那樣好像不太合適。我現在去問人事部門合適嗎？ （主要想發現是否獵頭做了什麽）。今後還要不要跟這個獵頭合作呢？大家有過類似經曆嗎？
