The performance had been consistant from 2.3 to 2.7 in the first 7 years with 3 boss. the last boss was promoted from her work group and they did not get along well when they are co worker. but since she became her boss and she started to give her hard time. it looks like if it is not sexual or racial discrimation, there will be chance to win. BTW, there is no exit interview performed, is it a privallage or a must?
