求教有關聘請CFO （Chief Financial Officer）的問題

作為一Start-up company 的創辦人和擁有人。我本人願意出任CFO職位。CEO和銷售VP由有經驗的美國人出任。請問有經驗的前輩，我怎樣才能找到對我和對公司最有利的CFO候選人？1）我自己選還是由CEO選？2）選美國人還是中國人？3）什麽樣背景和資曆為好？謝謝！
