關於Retiree Medical

recruiter發了個BENEFITS的文件，裏麵有關於Retiree Medical 的信息：

“If you have at least 10 consecutive years* of full-time service when you retire,company offers you and your spouse medical benefits when you retire. Other eligibility requirements include retiring at age 55 or older and being enrolled in an company medical option on your retirement date ..."

這個退休後 的medical benefits有多大實際用處呢？是不是不用和老墨一起在醫院排隊的意思？　多謝！
