How to find a job right now?

I feel that my job hunting is so slow, even I have MBA in Finance, passed all sections of the Uniform CPA exam this year, and was a cost manager about two years in a industry leader company in SF, plus I have additional three years accounting experience in a bank. I started job search on June 15th, so far I only had one interview, which did not work out.

Can you please tell me how do you appyly jobs, and how many resumes do you send out per day, I use Monster, Careerbuilder, craigslist, and recuiters, I feel hopeless...need some tips!! thanks!!!
