小建議哈。。

如果你決定要回PUBLIC， 而且最終目標是四大。建議你早點進去，建立人脈先。小FIRM裏的MANAGER不能保證你能在四大也當MANAGER。很簡單的原因，四大的CLIENT要複雜些，你知道的。另外，你在別處當了MANAGER，猛回四大，不一定能管得住手下的人。

其實四大的SENIOR也挺鍛煉人的。不妨試試。
