吃不飽，能有力氣幹活嗎？工作不是請客喝酒，還用勸嗎？

還有，公司裁員，很正常，跟人生完整有何關係？

Besides, my former supervisor told me this, in US, you look for another job while having a job, which means that you fire your boss or company.

Either way is not a big deal, regardless whether you are fired or you quit.
