1) 私人公司，沒有任何system setup，要從zero開始，offer最高，還說有很好的福利；

Weaknesses: 沒有任何system setup

Opportunities: 1)因從zero開始, 你可以學到很多很多,2)你有很多EXPOSURE OPPORTUNITIES

Threats: budget, timeline, 和management support.

Possible solutions:

A) technical challenge: you can solve it through consultations outside.

B) management support: you need a good communication skill to win management support to have reasonable fund, resource, timeline to implement. Therefore, you'd better check your skill sets. 

2) 另一家offer稍低些，可很喜歡給麵試的兩個頂頭上司，公司也很正規。兩家都很遠，開車單程加上堵車恐怕要一兩個小時，第二家更遠，LG嚇唬我說下班堵車三小時也到不了家。

Strengths: friendly working environment.

Weaknesses: low salary,  堵車
