怎麽在SanFrancisco Bayarea 找JAVA engineer 工作？

I was laid off lately and have put resume on indeed.com, dice.com, monster.com, and cybercoders.com. I applied 50 jobs online in the past 2 weeks and only got 2 interviews. How should I pursue job application in SF bayarea? Thanks a million in advance. I haven't tried job-hunting for 10 years and my job-searching skills are next to none. Please help.
