口頭 offer 比 interview 時說的低，怎麽辦？

剛收到HR的email,offer 比interview 時HR說的低，問我接不接受？我的experience 是

exceed job requirement, 這是HM告訴我的。我該怎麽辦？現在工作這麽難找，這是唯一

的offer。我是要求她把正式offer 發過來，再nigotiate,還是現在就寫email給HM?
