大老板發來email,讓給老板做performance review,讓在以下三方麵說,我該咋說.

1. Communication Skills (communicating expectations, deadlines, keeping you up-to-date on company general info)

2. Management Style (keeping you motivated, prioritizing projects, holding you accountable, recognizing your accomplishments, etc)

3. Coaching (helping you grow)

Please provide at least one comment on what Steven does well in each of these areas and at least one comment on how she can improve in these areas.
