I only read Chinese poem.

我就馬上和老板談清楚，要麽我去領導她，要麽我們各自負責一塊，我無法和別人平行工作，

How about if your boss say "let her take the lead"? you are not doing it? I purposely let my collegue took lead on certain projects and I did nothing. I didn't want to get involved in a project that I couldn't learn anything.
