請問： 從小公司到大公司的senior accountant， 我應該注意些什麽？

本人剛找到一份新工作， 以前是在小公司做accountant, 直接對公司的owner報告。用的軟件是quickbooks, simply accounting之類。 現在到大公司做accountant, 對director匯報，公司用sap， 我應該在什麽方麵加強學習， 並應該注意些什麽， 以便順利轉型。謝謝。
