請教：可以起訴老板或是公司嗎？

本想發在《法律谘詢》版，可是似乎發不出去。心想和職場也有些關係，特來求助。

我在一家大公司研發部，職位是項目經理。

原主任（director，who hired me）退休後，新主任總是伺機發難。

前不久我主持的項目第一次trial失敗（使用全新的自我研發的材料，在申請patent，和新設計的設備），就被他啟動了PIP（performance improvement plan），於是我準備離開了。

月中的review meeting上，他說生產部門不喜歡我的技術，銷售部覺得成本太高，所以決定提前終止PIP。

昨天收到了HR轉來的郵件（主任故意沒有CC給我），是他寫的PIP Review 報告。但他在這份總結裏明顯說謊，作為他終止PIP的理由。例如：他說FDA認證不具有可行性；事實是我已找到可以進行測試的實驗室（在我的報告裏提及，並有FDA認證代理的Email為證）。這能算是我起訴的證據嗎？

如此情況，我能做點什麽嗎？起訴主任？起訴公司？還是在公司內狀告主任？
