最近在麵試項目經理，下麵的一個真實問題挺有意思，拿來分享。如果你要來麵試這個位置，你會怎麽答呢？

“最近非常忙，你管的十個項目在工程部同時進行，這時市場部又贏回來了一個新項目，你該怎麽辦？”
