Contractor是Career Killer嗎？

問問這裏的大俠：

最近被雷。拿到兩個offer。其中一個是正式工作但要commute3個小時的。另外一個是離家很近的contractor。而且是做我一直想學的東西。 所以決定拿這個contractor的工作。 但今天webinar時有人說:"contractor is resume killer。 請問這裏的大俠怎麽看這個問題。是繼續找合適的permanent job還是先把這個contractor做上。不想gap太長。已經不上班2個月了。非常感謝！！
