請幫忙選擇

年齡近五十，如果有以下兩個工作，應該選哪個。

1）州政府工，年工資比第2個少3萬，比較輕鬆。

2）私人公司，但是是政府合同工，工資多一點，但是不知能做多久。

應該選哪個？謝謝。
