見過這麽牛的offer嗎？

一男性友人，42歲，最近得到一份大offer，嚇著我這樣未見過世麵的小女人了。留著口水簡單說一下：

年薪24萬刀，
獎金7.5萬刀，
Sign on Bonus ：30萬刀
股票：20萬刀

其他像什麽401K，醫療保險都是統一的，就省略不算了。這位仁兄第一年拿24+7.5+30+20=81.5萬刀，第二年開始少了sign on Bonus 也能拿50 多萬刀那！如果在這家公司幹5年，就是將近3顆米，同誌們，
一老中打工的打到這份上，夠牛了吧！再看看自己的勞工，恨不得踹兩腳！

補充：他的工作是在石油公司。
