Would you make the expectation as clear and measurable as possible? I ensure you that I will deliver, and I would love to get clear guild lines and your feedback to my work.
- As per my impression, your boss is not quite a seasoned manager, since his message to you is too vague, therefore causes unnecessary confusion. Given such situation, you need to lead him to the right path by asking for clarification.
- Don't quit your job. Don't panic. It is very common. You can turn around the case by thoughtful moves.
