失敗乃成功之母。誰能保證一貫正確？撤銷的原因是什麽？非首創性？證據不夠？推理不嚴？格式不合？計算錯誤？根據不同原因作不同的對策，或補救，或放棄，或改進。影響就更難評斷了，時間損失？經費損失？名譽損失？
