緊急請教關於Accoutning的問題

 

我的情況是要寫一個 Journal Entry 針對以下情況：

 

一個grant 下以前是發一個人（A）salary。 比方說是1000.   已經發了兩個月。後來發現這1000裏麵有500應該屬於（B）。我要把500 拿出來 from this  grant and Allocate to $500 to（B）。請問以下兩個Journal Entry 哪一個對：

 

                                              Debit                    Credit

          Salary (B)                          500

          Salary (A)                                                      500

 

以上是直接Decrease Expense $500 From A Salary， And Increase Expense $500 To B

 

另一種：

 

先寫 Reverse Journal

 

                                                DEBIT                          CREDIT

            CASH                          500

          SALARY (A)                                                            500

                                                           

第二步再 Reallocate 這500到 B Employee：

 

                                                DEBIT                          CREDIT

        Salary  (B)                            500

             Cash                                                                     500
